Stranger in your houseWe agree to suffer many things while we are at work, at friends, on trips. We agree to put up with inconveniences and annoying people. Due to this reason appearance of a stranger in our home is critical for us and we feel nervous about this fact. What can we do in order to make our mutual existence not only useful, but also favorable for both parties? To start with, you should decide what person you would like to see in your house. Successful work of our psychologists depends on how full and precise you tell us about what kind of person you would like to have. So, besides general requirements (age, education, and work experience) it’s necessary to clarify what kind of communication you would prefer: is it going to be business communication or you would like to see the person as your family member. Please prepare a job description for the person you have hired, what are the most important things for your nanny (maid). Would you like this person to be initiative or you want her/him to follow your direct instructions? The most complete portrait of you future employee will make the candidates search faster and easier for you. So, you have chosen the employee at the interview. What’s the next thing to do?
